Use and maintenance:
1. The procedures for driving and parking of the hoisting machine should be strictly observed. The feeding cannot be started before the feeding is not greater than the conveying capacity. There should be no large pieces of material falling into the machine base to make the bucket dead.
2. The feeding should be as uniform as possible to avoid blockage of the frame.
3. Stop the feeding first, then stop the machine, and then stop the material after the material is empty.
4. When a blockage accident occurs, the machine block and the blocked material must be removed immediately (you cannot reach the material by hand), and the material can be restarted after the material is cleaned up.
5. Before starting the motor, first remove the anti-retractor to see if the motor is turning correctly (the steering of the anti-return device should be consistent with the unloading direction of the hoist). After the steering is confirmed, the anti-return device is installed.
6. Regularly check whether the lubrication is good, whether the bearing temperature rise is normal, whether the bucket belt is running off, whether the belt tension is reasonable, whether there is abnormal sound and odor, and if abnormal conditions occur, measures should be taken in time.
