Factory View

Step 1: Connect with the power, the control box starts to be energized, the blue light bar is
always on, and the screen will display the gear and status.
Step 2: Connect the vehicle and insert the plug into the vehicle socket. The control panel
will automatically detect the connection status of the vehicle. After the connection is
successful, the connection indicator (green) will be turned on and kept constant, and the
screen will display the insertion status.
Step 3: Start charging and establish communication with the vehicle. Vehicles confirm the
control box on the cable by detecting the duty ratio of PWM signal
Maximum power current, charge indicator (green) breathing, screen will switch cycle
display power, electricity, temperature and charging time.
Step 4: Monitoring the charging process. During the charging process, the current,
leakage current and temperature of the cable control box during charging process are
monitored. If a fault occurs, the cable control box cuts off the power supply, stops charging,
the indicator (red) flickers, and the screen will display the fault name.
Step 5: Charging is over. The control box on the cable cuts off the power supply and stops
charging.

T: Our factory was founded in 2002, located in Yangzhou city, and covers an area of 86,000 square meters. We have around 200 employees now.
3.What’s your main products?
T: Our main products are charging equipment, such as portable EV charger, ev charging cable, and charging station.

9.What’s your MOQ?
T: 1 pc is acceptable for sample order.
10.Do you support OEM and what’s the MOQ for your OEM?
T: Of course, we can provide OEM service at small qty. As common, the MOQ for OEM is around 20 sets for wallbox，100sets for ev charging plug。
11.What about your lead time?
T: It depends on the situation.
If we have sample in stock, lead time should be 2-3 days after receipt of payment.
If we have no sample in stock, lead time should be 10 working days after receipt of payment.
For bulk, lead time will be 20 days after receipt of deposit.
12.What about Sample cost and courier cost?
T: Both sample and courier need to be paid by the buyer.
13.What’s Certification of your product?
T: TUV / CE.
14.What about the warranty period of product?
T:Both charging station and cable warranty lasts 2 years. We will replace new for free in warranty period, in the case of a problem with the product itself.
15.What’s your protection of Leakage?
