Question

SMT placement machine monthly maintenance. (1) Turn off the power of the machine. (2) Wipe all working head NOZZLE sleeves with 1.5M inner angle and replace all FILTER. (3) Clean all dust on the SENSOR with a white cloth strip. (4) Clean the dust in the distribution box with a vacuum cleaner, clean the board one by one if necessary, clean it with a cleaning agent, blow it dry with a wind gun, and reload it. (5) Remove the vacuum generator, disassemble and clean it, wipe off the internal dirty grease with a white cloth, clean the body with a cleaning agent and blow it clean, then re-apply the sealing oil in the sealing ring to reassemble. (6) Wipe the X, Y, Z axis guide rails and screw rods with white cloth. In addition to the Z-axis guide rails and screw rods, AFL oil should be added, and other guide rails and sliders should be added with EP2 butter. (7) Remove the mouse and clean the internal dirt with a white cloth.
