Taizhou Changlong Fasteners Co. Ltd, located in Taizhou City Zhejiang Provice, is established in the year 1995. With more than 20 years development, now we become a medium-sized factory from a small works shop.

Our factory covers about 15000sqm, which the floor space is about 10000sqm. We have have hundreds of employees, including 16 managers and engineers. Our fixed assets valued about RMB15000000. There is an advanced production line, which collects the production step together, such as cold drawing, heat drawing, cutting, heat treatment and surface treatment. The technical power of the company is very strong. The tenet of the company: trive for survival on the basis if quality, take the market on the basis of reputation, welcome the customer on the basis of good service and develop in the basis of efforts.
The factory is specialized in producing a variety of high intensity particular fasteners. It mainly produces Dielectric Pipe Unions, pipe clamps and non-standard, irregular high intensity particular bolts and nuts.
The following are our 2 main products range:
1. Lead free plumbing products, dielectric union: FIPXC, MIPXC, FIPXFBP, MIPXFemal solder, FIPX Copper male, MIF x Sweat male, Black FIPXBlack FIP, Flange etc.
There are mainly 4 kind of surface treatment: black, zinc plate, hot-dip galvanized and plain.
2. Rock bolt accessories: dome nuts, hex nuts, eye nuts, flange nuts, washer and coupler etc.
Our products are mainly used in the fields of mining, manufacturing hardware, electric appliance, automobile, machine and steel structure buildings.
They are mainly used as rock bolt accessories.
For production machine, we have 10 forging and pressing machines, 30 numerical control machines and 5 threading machines.
For detection equipment, we have 3 hardness detection machine, all the machines and equipment are advance and completed.
Our main market is South America, like Chile, Peru, America, and Europe and Australia etc. Our main customers are DSI, JENNMAR, FERO, CELLO, BMI and Zurn etc.
Now our annual sales amount has reach USD 10000000.
We offer OEM and ODM service. Duing the production,we control the product quality critically for every step, we do inspection one by one before packing. Any quality problem happened after receiving the goods, we will offer free production to make up the qty.
