JL-100II soft gelatin machine is elaborately designed on the base of old vertical style JL-100 soft gelatin machine and according to the requirements of GMP standard. It is a simple and efficient laboratory machine mainly for R&D or small batch production of gelatin capsule products in laboratories or pharmaceutical researching institutes.
About the whole JL-100II Soft Gelatin Machine Production Line
The whole JL-100II soft gelatin machine production line is consist of one 200L portable gelatin melting tank unit, one soft gelatin machine, one 100L medicine mixing and service tank and 2 small baskets of tumble dryers and 60 drying trays with trolley
● Step one: Use 200L portable gelatin melting tank to do gelatin melting. When gelatin liquid is ready, keep the tank sill for a few hours to get rid of bubbles inside gelatin liquid.
● Step two: Move the portable gelatin melting tank to soft gelatin encapsulation room. Pre heat the gelatin spreader boxes and segment on soft gelatin machine. When temperature of gelatin spreader boxes come up to 50 degrees, start the soft gelatin machine. Keep the soft gelatin machine room temperature around 24C, and relative humidity around 20%.
● Step three: Transport the capsules into the tumble dryer and get the capsules out when baskets are full, and then put the capsules on the drying trays and move them into drying room and keep drying for 20 hours until all capsules are totally dry. Keep the soft gelatin machine room temperature around 24C, and relative humidity 20%.
