How to maintain Concrete Drum Mixer?
As we know, Concrete Mixer can keep high working efficiency and have a long service time if it is well maintained. There are some suggestion about concrete mixer maintaining. First of all, you should keep the clean of mixer body by removing the dirt and barrier regularly. Secondly, you need check the circuit and control facility termly and add lubrication oil into some part regularly. Thirdly, with only some water in mixing drum, you should do a test on concrete mixer before the real mixing. Meanwhile, you also have to check the clutch and brake rigging. In addition, remember to keep close eyes on motor, reducer, transmission gear when the mixer is running. Finally, don`t forget to clean the mixer when the mixing is finished.And these rules are helpful to JZC series concrete mixer and JZM series concrete mixer.
