1, check whether the gear reduction motor is fever, if the rise of temperature of the motor is not high, the first check the inverter electronic thermal protection function of pre whether reasonable, if there are allowance in the inverter, should be relaxed pre value of the electronic thermal protection function.
If the motor temperature rise too high, and of overload and belongs to the normal overload, then is the overload of the machine. At this time, should first can increase the transmission ratio, appropriate to reduce the load of gear reduction motor shaft. If can increase, increase the transmission ratio. If the transmission ratio does not increase, should increase the capacity of the machine.
2, check to see if the motor three-phase voltage balance, if the Gear Reduction Motor gear reduction motor side of three-phase voltage imbalance, should check whether the three-phase voltage at the inverter output balance, such as imbalance, the problem inside the inverter.
