Each set was created with boosting long-requested skills and play styles we lifted directly from feedback from the community. Frenzy, Spirit Barrage, and Hydra were all requests that provided many opportunities for exploration of gameplay, which we're excited about exploring what players can do with the new tools they have they have at their disposal.
Other changes to the supplemental Legendaries are being made to complete these builds. It's essential when giving feedback regarding these sets to indicate whether or not you were using that Season 20 buff during your tests. Though any feedback is welcome, we're more keen on non-seasonal testing because it will provide a better picture of the long-term performance of these sets.
