It doesn't matter, just doing daily quests can be just as effective, especially if you're looking to go that route to make gold. When you reach level one at the level of solo
WoTLK Classic Gold, you'll be earning lots of gold, or a decent 2000 gob of autonomy once you get to level 80. Consider the amount of time you'll reduce. For instance, let's say that the speed of leveling is the same solar questing or dungeon leveling.
The thing is when you solo quest, you're going to get a lot of gold. In the event that you're by completing dungeons, you'll need to locate the level of 80. Imagine having 2000 Gold to play with when you get to level 80. How long can that be saved because you'll get that gold stash. For all the consumables you need for raids they'll last at least two months or so at the very least. Also, you won't be able gain access to those reputation tabards.
What you need to do to unlock these reptile bars is get to a certain reputation through Questing in certain areas of those reputations. the tab will then be revealed. that is odd, when you can place a tab on doing heroics and grind to gain the rest of the weight. This is pretty easy, but you're not going to be able to do the same if you're merely leveling through dungeons. You can't get reputation by accident.
From dungeons of Oba is technically a lie. You can earn specific reputations that are based on your faction but you don't normally receive the rewards of this faction since the rewards are pretty crap
buy WoTLK Gold Classic. However, the main point is that you'll be wasting a lot of your time since you'll achieve level 80. And then will have to ask for a different way to unlock your tabards.
