Your cape must be yours unless doing something that will not be
runescape goldeffective, like shooting ogres in cages. In this case, you must wear your best ardougne jacket or a different one that comes with offensive or pray bonuses. Red dragonhide of course is not recommended unless you wish to become Void. I hope that helps!
In looking at your charms I'm not convinced you're able to get 69 without getting additional charms. If you're using golds and barker Toads, there's a need for 1840 gold charms for 160kxp, greens, 1620 with Ibis, Crimsons it's 569 with the blues and other plants you're probably going to want to save but it's 343 with the kyatt's or graahks.
In the front, there's 1.5m per toad, 4.7m to ibis 2.5m for plants that aren't familiar in addition to 3.4m to Graahks (4.4m for Kyatt). A mix would fall somewhere in between. If you're lucky enough, you'll earn approximately half by selling the pouches. The exception being the blue pouches which could make your money back, but you'd have to find the most reliable source for blue charms.
Personally, I think you'll be difficult to find a deal less than 1m and more likely, you'll end up spending 1.5-2m over the next three levels. Summoning is one of the things that make you bite your fingers and don't be too concerned about price.
It's worth it to earn these levels. Yip, Tort and Bat are all useful familiars, but I'm unable to think of any cheap way that doesn't take a ridiculous amount of prep time. Abyssal Lurkers (Which require you to cultivate abyssal creatures for the abyssal attraction) and Graahks/Kyatt's as the only real-money selling familiars I've heard of that are less than the age of 66.
I'm not searching for the most valuable pouches. I would like to find pouches that can be sold back in order to reduce my losses There are only 2 mill in my savings account, but
