World of Warcraft got a number of major updates during Blizzcon 2017. A new expansion is on the way and we were even given a first look at the new cinematic. But Blizzard also announced a surprising announcement that offered only a few specifics: World of Warcraft Classic will be bringing back vanilla. Vanilla experience.
The news raises a lot of questions, and we have spoken to World of Warcraft production director John Hight to try and solve a few of them. Although we weren't able to get exact specifics on every aspect but the most important thing to take away is there's a clear indication that WoW is approaching the new Classic server carefully. There's going to be a separate team consisting of WoW veterans who are working on this version of the game, however how players will be able to access the content isn't completely clear.
