Field Marshal Afrasiabi appears to be phasing into and out within this Shadowlands version of the game. However the reason for this isn't clear at the moment. Players are playing with an in-game item to post warning signs around the Stormwind NPC, with some Horde players taking the matter to their own and attempting to invade the Alliance city to eliminate Field Marshal Afrasiabi personally.
